STRUCTURE:

1- Inlet unit: Pulling roller + Helical spreader + centering frame, E + Leimer.

2- Foulard unit: Stenter curing foulard L: 3550mm. There is helical spreader inlet.

3- Weft straighting: Mahlo RFMC 96 H

4- Drying section: Feeding roller, selvedge control inlet. E + Leimer. Unlubricated chain. Also

there is pin that binds fabric + combined latch.

Drying cylenders: (8) Drying is with stream. Temprature control is Baelz system. There are

electrical resistances for high temprature. There is air cooling in the outlet.

5- Outlet unit: Big batchnig and plaiter.
